I installed cyberlink Youcam but still my webcam does not work.The device Manager show "HP Webcam" under Imaging devices and the properties of it show "Device working properly" but I still The product definitation file lost.-------------------------------------------------------------------------At this point I don't know what else to do if I'm suppose to remove that file to install a new one to take it's place.I'm not I have all of the updated drivers and have donw everything that i can think of. I'm getting ready to pick up my daughter from the airport later today and in a mad rush but I will try this at the EARLIEST possible moment.

Click .NET Framework - All Versions, and then click Cleanup Now Perform Windows Updates to install .NET Framework again.If the issue persists, uninstall all MediaSmart entries from Programs and Features.
