Playing guessing games on how much points a food/s are will not work. I saw the dr. My body stops losing weight after the 8 lbs. I love the comment from the person below- no body joined weightwatchers because they are addicted to fruit! The constipation someone mentioned does often go with slow thyroid though. Workouts or just general fitness is not even mentioned!
