and most of the answers don't work. As a test I also installed my Grandson's Thunderbird email account on my Admin account and there is no problem whatsoever. In my experience it was a bit hit and miss and untidy,but mostly worked.(2) Install Thunderbird Portable. It worked by enabling the warn-external flags.

One thing Thunderbird let me amazed at was its incapability to open hyperlinks in the default browser (FireFox in my case). Last edited: 3 years ago. It helped me fix my email link problem in a couple minutes.
