The best way I have found to remove the battery is this process; 1) Try remove it with the pull tab directly, some will come out, some will not. go slow and put those parts INTO something... What I did was I took out the battery, the tin plate above the cables, and lifted the dock connector. If you didn't, do it now. It was very delicate and time consuming operation. This issue only affects a few people's iPhones.
