Ste Reply August 4, 2007 Ok, I have the same clicking (I could use a better word) problem. I have had just as many problems with DVDs that "fail" and suddenly lose data. I've used the command prompt to check volume/disk attributes for the external drives and all of them are readonly clear. I'm keeping my fingers crossed too.
